The facilities at North Marine Road offer first class choices for your informal party, business meeting, conference, exhibition or entertainment. Our facilities can be tailored to your needs.

Choose from rooms in the Pavilion, the tea rooms, or the administration offices. Or, have the whole ground to yourself!

Come on a day when there is a cricket match and have some entertainment as well.

The Pavilion, on two floors with disabled access and lovely views across the ground.

The Pavilion Lounge

is on the first floor of the Pavilion and has a bar and lounge area overlooking the ground with an adjacent area for conferences of 50 to 60 people, or for dining.

The conference area can also be laid out as a lounge area to make one large area for a relaxing party.

There is also the flexibility to lay the whole area for dining, banqueting style.

Also on the second floor of the Pavilion are two smaller rooms, suitable for dining, with colleagues and friends.

The Players’ lounge – (not available on match days), is adjacent to the bar area of the Club room and provides dining accommodation for 40 people.

The Pavilion Suite at the other and of the Club Room affords an intimate and comfortable setting for cricket, or business dinners and meetings.

The Club Room

is on the second floor, there is a large lounge and bar area which can have a dance floor, the lounge leads to the balcony over the ground.

There is a removable partition to an adjacent room often used for dining.

The whole room can be set for a larger banquet.

 

The Tea Rooms, facing west and overlooking the ground.

The Tea Rooms provide an unusual and delightful venue for smaller parties and informal light meals, and afternoon tea.

There is a terrace area which makes for a relaxing spot to enjoy a drink in the afternoon and evening sunshine.

Administration Offices The Horsfall lounge (for 20-24 people), and the Festival

Suite - with two rooms for 30 people provide a convenient location for business meetings to get away from constant interruptions.

Catering From comfort food to classic cooking - the choice is yours for every function, event and celebration.

At the annual Festival (17th- 21st August 2011) hospitality packages are available in the Marquee, and in the Pavilion Lounge;and similarly in the Pavilion Lounge for the twenty20 Yorkshire Carnegie - v - Durham Dynamos on 10th July, At Scarborough home games the Pavilion bar is open and afternoon teas are available. For business events tea and coffee are provided through the day and a selection of light lunch menus is available. For social or business functions in an evening the choice ranges from buffet meals to full banquets.
