The Pavilion at Scarborough for business events and conferences
Coming to The Pavilion at Scarborough for your business meetings - planning, training, team building; conference or exhibition is THE first class choice. You can select from rooms on the first or second floor (both with disabled access) and these then can be set up to suit your specific needs.
There are adjoining smaller rooms which can be used for syndicates, break out groups or refreshments.
The Pavilion at Scarborough has disabled access, large screen televisions which can be linked to your laptop, flipcharts, notepaper and pens, and access to a projector and screen. There is parking for cars within the ground. All rooms can be set out to your specific requests.
We offer a range of refreshments to complement our room hire packages, ranging from refreshments, to breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. Our buffet menus are freshly prepared at the Club, and offer a variety of choices, both hot and cold.
The Pavilion lounge (First floor)
The delightful lounge and bar area overlooks the Ground. It joins onto the meeting/lecture area, which seats fifty around tables. These two areas can be set out as one - for example seating eighty cafe style in the combined room.
Members' rooms (Second Floor)
A spacious lounge and bar area adjoins the meeting/lecture area. The lounge and bar area has a removable dance floor, and a charming balcony which overlooks the Ground.
The meeting/lecture area which seats around forty can be partitioned off. The lounge area seats sixty cafe style. The two areas can be opened up and set as one to seat about one hundred.
Londesborough room and The George Hirst room (Second Floor)
Adjacent to the Members' Rooms at either end of the Pavilion are two smaller rooms accommodating up to to thirty people suitable for smaller board room style meetings (or for use as syndicate rooms for larger conferences etc).

Conference or lecture area laid out in theatre style or seated at tables. There is additional informal space in the lounge and the bar, making an ideal welcoming area for tea and coffee to be served.
